 Today's topic is: Thanksgiving Memories Love Thanksgiving, being with family and having such good food.  

These were so easy to make, the kids loved them last year.

Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge Day 9

 Day {NINE} Favorite football pastimes

My family likes football, but only if we have a BBQ or friends over to we really like it. It's fun getting together watching game everyone likes, and I like being a host of parties and have good foods. I can't wait to have a get together soon with some of my new friends so I can try some of these yummy looking snacks.

I am a Bengals fan, I would say it's because growing up that was my dads team, he was born and raised in Hamilton Ohio. Being an Army brat I don't have a hometown team, which is why I go with the Bengals. My husbands team are the New England Patriots, That the team he has cheered for as long as i have known him. Aiden supports both, last year he was all decked out with Mommy's team so this year he will cheer for daddy's team.  Here's some pictures from last year! 

 

Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge Day 8 & What I'm loving Wednesday

 Day {EIGHT} Fall travel/road trips
This year we are staying home until Christmas, and having family come see us. Last year Danny came home from Iraq in August and once Fall came around we flew to Texas because we have to pick up my car and our dogs, and see family of course. I would say we travel a lot. Here's a few pictures from last years trip. We took a different route home, we went from Texas to Washington going through California. This was also Aidens first road trip.

The trip took longer because of the new route, but the scenery was beautiful.

I'm loving that Aiden and I are out and about all the time, and not stuck in the house.

I'm loving that my mom and sister are coming up even after the horrible events that have happened in the past week, to watch Aiden while Danny and I go to the Military Ball.

I'm loving that Aiden is slowing starting to talk, its adorable when he attempts to sing the ABC's, the only letter he gets right is A.

I'm loving my husband as always.

Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge Day 6 I think.....

  

Today's topic is: Fall Recipe's

Banana chocolate chip muffins

Thinking I will make some as soon as the weather finally decides to catch up with the season. I love me some cupcakes. Hoping to make it to a local cupcake shop sometime soon, they post pictures on facebook all the time and they look so yummy!!

Today we went to a play area on base, which is just like Rainbow and Raindrops on base at Fort Lewis. It's much smaller here, but it was still fun for Aiden and his buddies. They had this small ball pit that they all seemed to enjoy.

Family, Iphone fun & the Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge

I find myself being more emotional today then normal, and have done a lot of thinking. FAMILY is so important to me and in times of need there is always someone in the family that shines and comes to the rescue, and I could never say thank you enough.
 I love my life, but there are events that have happened that I just plain out hate!! I always have to remind my self that things happen for a reason but lately cannot not figure what was the reason is. Is this really what is suppose to be happening? Maybe we took a wrong turn? I don't want to feel like I'm blaming one main event in my life, but I guess I kinda am. I miss my dad, I miss his strength  , his wisdom, he was the glue that kept my family in one piece.. I feel sad for my mom, and wishes she could be strong again. I know a strong person lives within her because Ive seen it. I need to keep it together, and  I pray that there will a time in my family's hectic life of bad luck will turn for the better soon. It really needs to get better soon, not sure how much longer I can look strong.

So it had a few good things, but a lot of it was over priced, But it was worth looking.
