Hope everyone had a good weekend. I came home from Texas on Friday, missed my hubby. Went out to dinner and bowling with some friends, and cleaned. I did not get much cleaning done, but I really don't care. I'm tired. I got to thinking about friendships today and let it get to me.

If you or someone you know is in the military then you know that moving a lot is normal. Moving is hard, but something I have become very use to doing. The hardest part of the whole moving process for me is making friends. I meet so many new people, and love that. I've learned to take friendships slow, I don't rush in. It's takes me awhile to call someone my Best friend, I have Lot's of friends, but only 3 best friends, and one of those is my husband. Of course I want more, just takes me awhile to open my heart. I guess being a army brat and now wife has done this to me. Army has always come with drama, so I lay low it's my thing. I've opened up to many people in the past to quickly and got hurt. I wonder sometimes if I had not moved every three years since I was born, if I would have more true close friends? I wish I knew what that was like, but I don't. People are in and out of my life all the time, so I deal with it.
How long does it take you to consider someone your best friend?
I've been in Oklahoma now for almost 6 months and have met some awesome ladies, they make living here more fun, and we all have kiddos which makes it even better. Aiden loves our play dates, and I always look forward to them.
